JOB DESCRIPTION:
Seeking a strong sales leader / hunter with strategic acumen and a winning track record in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales. You are a driven, accomplished salesperson with experience selling into enterprise and / or mid-market organizations and skilled at identifying, nurturing, and closing business. You understand how to build a case for customers based on their business needs, bringing market and competitive information to the table to help them achieve and exceed their goals. You are comfortable building your own pipeline and have strong relationship-building skills to architect deals and win new business. Finally, you have the ability to be consultative and build a story to properly communicate value.

Key Responsibilities
• Run the direct sales strategy for your enterprise prospects and accounts, identify key stakeholders, qualify opportunities and obstacles and build important relationships
• Grow and manage on a regular basis pipeline activity through new business development and execute outbound sales activities in coordination with your assigned BDR team
• Work with marketing and business development to deepen engagement within your target accounts and quickly move opportunities to close
• Fully identify and understand the customer's decision process and internal commercial and purchasing policies
• Manage entire sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, evaluation, proposal, and hand-off
• Meet and exceed quarterly sales quota, contributing to ACV revenue goals
• Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue numbers
• Use in-depth knowledge of industry trends to consult and support prospective customers

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience selling SaaS products
• Experience selling to Enterprise and / or Mid-Market clients
• Proven track record of proactively building a pipeline and managing a book of business from the ground up, e.g. “hunter”
• Experience consistently exceeding quota, with proven success in accurately forecasting targets, and achieving sales commits
• Executive presence and credibility
• Solid experience in deal development and negotiations
• Ability to interact with C-suite representatives and speak as a thought-leader
• Familiarity selling customer experience or analytic solutions ideal

  • $1.25M Quota but sales average $250K.

  • Sales in banking financing area is a plus.
  • Insurance, utility, and telecom sales experience is also a plus.
  • Generous base salary + 50/50 split; commission is uncapped.
